The offseason is off to a banging start. We started the day with the new that Erik Johnson did what we all assumed he would do and waive his no movement clause, thus leaving him unprotected for the upcoming expansion draft. Then, news came out that the Avalanche and captain Gabriel Landeskog are very far apart in a new contract.
