Isaiah 40: 25-28 "God, the Holy One, says 'Can you compare me to anyone? Is anyone equal to me?' Look up to the skies. Who created all these stars? The Lord is the God who lives forever, who created all the world..." I am very thankful that I have learned that I am not going to ever be able to figure everything out. All I know and have to remind myself of is that my Creator, the Lord my God is in charge of the whole world including me. He is in control and I am not to worry. God made the world and all that is in it. He cares for his creation and has made me one of his creation. The same hands that made the world made me and cares for me! How powerful is this! Why should my heart worry about uncertainty around me? Why do I keep listening to the lies that tell me I am on a solitary journey? I am not alone! After all, I am fearfully and wonderfully made by God and He has the ultimate power to turn day into night and nights into day! He made a path in the Red sea for the people of Israel to walk through...Out of a rock he quenched His children's thirst! Is there anything impossible with our God? No, my soul, rejoice in the Lord your God for He is your deliverance! My soul, sing to your Maker with a heart of gratefulness for He deserve all your praise! There is no one like my God. He is the Father who is always present and always watching over his children. He never leaves me to do this life on my own. Though the road gets tough at times and darkness comes our way, it is simply an occasion for us to grow stronger in our submission to God and in our trust in His power to carry us through each day. I don't know who needs to hear these words today, but as I was enjoying my Sabbath, I was reading this chapter of Isaiah and it was a great treasure to me. I hope it blesses someone today too. The Lord, the Maker of the universe loves you and longs to establish a relationship with you. He will never disappoint you. If you feel lonely, cry out to Him and He will manifest Himself to you. Wait and see how the Lord rescues His children in times of trouble! (Psalms 91:14-16) Micah 7:7 “But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.”
