“It’s Hammer Time,” the popular Facebook Live and YouTube show at MCPLive.TV, will host a March 3, 2020, Primary Election Special Edition of the show today, Friday, February 28, 2020, at 12 noon. The talented Reagan Reed, Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party and the East Texas Correspondent for Empower Texans, will continue to host the show. Reed told The Golden Hammer, “I’m very excited about this show. I’ll have several guests who will appear on the show live from Montgomery County polling locations to provide their analysis and insight into the voting and the political campaigns in the March 3 Primary Election.” Reed is a brilliant and mature leader with a profound wisdom and extensive knowledge of Texas politics and campaign methodology. He’s 23 years old. His 24th birthday will be November 1, 2020. Reed lives with his parents, John and Jodie Reed, and their large family in Willis. In 2016, Reed walked door-to-door to campaign for election as the Precinct 50 Republican Precinct Chairman against “establishment” incumbent Gary Hinson. Reed won the election by a landslide and began serving as the youngest elected Republican Precinct Chair throughout the State of Texas. Reed’s family has lived in Montgomery County for five generations. Reed has lived in the Lake Conroe area his entire life. Reed describes his father, John, as “a genuinely great man.” Reed’s family, who are all very active in political and government circles in Montgomery County, are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. His grandparents regularly attend the Montgomery County Commissioners Court to watch Reed, their grandson, in action as he makes citizen comments usually critical of the Commissioners Court and County Judge Craig Doyal. Reed is completing his undergraduate degree in History from Thomas Edison State College. He is the East Texas Correspondent for Empower Texans, one of the largest grassroots conservative organizations in Texas whose leader is the renowned Michael Quinn Sullivan. In the 2014 gubernatorial election in Texas, Reed interned for the Greg Abbott for Governor campaign. During the 84th Texas Legislature, he interned for a member of the Texas House of Representatives. The Montgomery County Tea Party awarded Reed a scholarship to the Patriots Academy of which Reed is a graduate. He’s also a recipient of Empower Texans’ Conservative Leadership Award. Reed’s hobbies are studying history, archaeology, theology, and philosophy. He and his family are actively involved in Lakeside Bible Church. Reed enjoys attending local theological seminaries to audit their courses.
