When Jera Foster-Fell started her Instagram account in 2014, her intention was to create a space for connection and accountability as she worked toward new fitness goals. Over the last 5 years, the account has evolved right along side her. From her journey to become a SoulCycle Instructor, to sharing life post-Soul as her goals and vision has grown and changed; Jera authentically connects to her community and inspires joy and healing in all her spheres of influence.
