In our fourth conversation around entrepreneurship, I had the pleasure of chatting with Joe Racamato, President and CoFounder of Silex Financial Group, LLC., a residential and commercial mortgage broker based in Northern NJ. Joe has the characteristics of a prizefighter. He never gives up, willing to do whatever it takes to make the business run and be successful. He runs his company with lean overhead and a singular focus on meeting his clients’ needs.
