This week on Movement Guidance we have Jordan Reichert! Originally from Kansas City, I met her at Columbia College Chicago where we both got our degrees in dance. After graduating she moved to NYC and completed the Broadway Dance Center Professional Semester Program. But it was in New York that she found her love and passion for fitness.
