As a Leadership/Relationship Coach, Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, Mena sees through to the heart of young women and helps reveal underlying beliefs or assumptions that might be holding them back from achieving their potential. Her particular gift is authentic, compassionate and effective leadership that moves individuals forward towards their brilliance.Mena left an extensive, successful career in marketing, working for companies such as Sprint Canada, TELUS Mobility and Universal Music Canada to pursue her mission: To empower young women to be who they really are and to become authentic leaders of their lives. She is especially passionate about spreading unique, positive, self-esteem-building messages to today’s young women aged 12 – 19.Mena holds an Honours BA in English from the University of Western Ontario, and has completed extensive coaching and leadership training through the Coaches Training Institute, Center For Right Relationship, Dale Carnegie and Leadership Dynamics. She is also certified by The Leadership Circle to administer their powerful assessment tools.Mena loves spending quality time with her teen age son. Committed to her own personal development and growth, she enjoys challenging her fears and experiencing new activities for the first time – skydiving was the most thrilling!
