How would you describe your prayer life? Would you use words like, "vibrant," "alive," "powerful," or "effective?" Or would those words sounds a little more like, "scarce," "strained," "weak," or "ineffective?" Part of what keeps us from engaging in victorious prayer is that we don't realize or have forgotten that God is not some stranger on the sidewalk who has no real power to change circumstances or hearts. Not only is God that One Who graciously offers His victorious strength to us, but He passionately desires that His children would come into His presence and make their requests before Him.
