Katrina Turnbow is the owner and operator of Kanopi Social, A Digital Marketing Firm and Co-working space An Office in Detroit. She recently won the "40 Under 40" Award from the Michigan Chronicle. An acknowledged expert on the use of digital media and marketing. Katrina’s career matured as the use of the Internet for business-to-business purposes exploded. Over the years, she has built a solid reputation for providing innovative solutions using digital methodologies, especially in high-pressure situations. Always open to new ways of presenting and delivering digital solutions to existing and new audiences, Katrina is especially passionate about helping small-to-medium-sized businesses receive exposure through the social media by aligning their business goals with the appropriate communication and marketing channels. From this passion, Katrina not only launched her Marketing Firm but also made the strategic decision to acquire the coworking space, An Office in Detroit, in March 2016, becoming one of Michigan’s only African American Female Coworking space owners.
