Their cereals are grain and gluten free, with around 3g of net carbs per serving. The reviews on their website RAVE about the benefits and taste. Ketogenic (Keto) is basically a diet that focuses on getting more calories from fats and proteins, while reducing intake of carbohydrates (carbs).
