After sister number two was born I learned my first lessons about life: you can't always get what you want, and people including your family will lie to you. These were hard lessons for me since I was used to getting exactly what I wanted. It was probably best that I learned them at this point, because my first life-changing event was going to prove even more challenging - and rewarding. There was nothing that could have prepared me the consequences of "Kindergarten".
