Wits Radio Academy — We’re profiling Buang Jones, the provincial Head of the South African Human Rights Commission in Gauteng and also currently acting as the commission’s Head of Legal Services. He shares his challenges and lessons he has experienced so far in the legal fraternity. The 34-year-old passed his attorney’s board exam at first attempt in 2009 and he is also the member of the Legal Practice Council. Besides being a staunch Christian that enjoys hiking, reading and podcasts, Buang prefers spending his private time with loved ones. His passion for fighting for the rights of the vulnerable is evident in his work.
