Socceroos star Mathew Leckie had a season debut to remember as Hertha Berlin defeated defending Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich 2-0 on Saturday The surprise win was Hertha's first over the Bavarian giants in nine years and came courtesy of first-half goals to Vedad Ibisevic and Ondrej Duda. Sydney FC has, once again, thrown down the gauntlet to its W-League rivals ahead of the 2018/19 W-League season, announcing the arrival of a trio of American stars ahead of the upcoming campaign.
