In this episode, we chat with Kathy Leskow, NAIT JR Shaw School of Business alumnus and founder of Confetti Sweets. She started off baking cookies in her home kitchen and selling them at local farmer’s markets. When she couldn't keep up with the demand for her sweets, she bought a commercial oven. Before she knew it, Kathy was running a fully-functional bakery out of her basement, with a dozen staff.
