So often we want life to be all nice and complete. All our ducks in a row, in a nice present with a bow to tie it all together. But, as well know, this isn't life. Learning how to embrace this rather than constantly trying to make everything perfect frees us up to enjoy life rather than be on that constant hamster wheel. This weeks episode we talk about how to not just accept the process of life but to truly embrace it and enjoy it for all it's worth.
