This week Haley & Alyssa are bringing us a very special in person recording live from Coeur d’Alene! First up is a pre-race check in. The pair celebrate actually getting to see each other IRL, give us the low-down on their pre-rae workouts and talk through their nutrition strategy for the bright and early 5am start. Then we get a post-race breakdown live from the finish area in which they fill us in on exactly how their days went out on the course, the highs and lows, and how they managed the scorching heat.
