On Tuesday 25th June 2019 we went to the Universal Cookery and Food Festival (UCFF - a Craft Guild of Chefs event) to interview speakers and visitors. It's a lovely event aimed at chefs and has a relaxed festival atmosphere. We spoke to Nigel Barden, Kuba Winkowski, Pervin Todiwala, Anjula Devi and many more.
