About Cheyenne Towers: London-based hypnotherapist Cheyne Towers has been helping people to transform how they speak toward themselves for the best part of two decades. What We Discuss In This Episode: We always tell ourselves stories. Stories about life, stories that form patterns in our lives. Stories we heard about ourselves growing up. But are they the truth? We often find ourselves falling into the same old patterns and wonder why things keep happening to us. It’s time to find freedom from those stories that no longer serve us. We want to live our lives fully, in the moment, seeing a future for ourselves that ignites us and fills us with life, freedom, and joy. Cheyne shares some of his stories that help us understand some of the ways we have falling into these patterns, and then shares with us how we can overcome and change these ingrained patterns.
