For the purposes of this episode, the "Right Spin" will be arguing that "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" requires an indictable crime or misdemeanor. The "Left Spin" will be arguing that the phrase is one that had meaning when our Constitution was ratified and can be understood as being an abuse of power or an unfitness for office, and that it actually doesn't require a specific alleged crime or misdemeanor.
