SHOW NOTES:On Thursday, November 4th, 1982, in Long Island, New York, Edward Nowak made a grisly discovery. In a dumpster behind his workplace, he found the severely decomposed body of a young woman. Originally thought to be the body of a young black woman between the ages of 14 and 18, later sources changed this and listed her race as unknown and her age as more broad between 16 and 30. She was found wearing a striped zip-up sweater, a bra, and three necklaces. All other articles of clothing were too badly decomposed to be identified. She was estimated to have died 2-4 months before her body was found in the dumpster. She had only been recently moved to this location before being discovered. If you know anything regarding the Nassau County Jane Doe case, you can contact the Nassau County Police Department at 516-573-8800.Follow us on Instagram @theantimmclub.I’ll see you all this FRIDAY with a regular episode !!SOURCES:https://www.pix11.com/news/local-news/long-island/cold-case-homicide-long-island-cops-release-image-of-woman-found-dead-in-1982https://www.newspapers.com/image/486236197/?terms=body%2Bfound%2Bin%2Bdumpsterhttps://www.namus.gov/UnidentifiedPersons/Case#/11657/contacts?navhttps://www.missingkids.org/poster/NCMU/1184465https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8456045/Cold-case-cops-release-new-pictures-1982-murder-victim-using-facial-recognition-technology.htmlhttps://www.websleuths.com/forums/threads/ny-freeport-new-york-blk-fem-16-30-up11657-found-in-dumpster-plenty-of-jewelry-nov-82.457032/
