Feeling lonely is part of being human, but you need to learn to differentiate between loneliness and depression. Today you are going to hear what loneliness means to each of us and some ways to conquer it. Actions to take: minimize negative self talk be brave...put yourself out there strengthen the friendships you have and/or start new ones nurture your tribe find familiarities  stop comparing and competing
