The Black Lives Matter movement’s 4-D Plan to remove law enforcement from American society would seem to be working. Disenfranchise, Distance, Defund and Dissolve police from urban communities. Sound familiar? It’s far more than political rhetoric. The New Progressive, Marxist influenced left is well on their way from removing the protectors of the Rule of Law from society.
