Meet them where they are: This is essential in helping clients set attainable goals. You can help a client set a plan that will not stress them out in the end. Many business connections start from casual conversations: Try to start with a casual conversation to create rapport before talking business as you meet clients. Small talk might appear inconsequential, but it's vital in the real estate industry.
