Matt Krause has been in the world of professional strength and conditioning in baseball for a long time. He was a former National Strength and Conditioning Association professional strength coach of the year, as well as a long time strength coach with the New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds. Most recently, Matt has been named the first Administrative Director of the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society (PBSCCS).   Like in any other sport, strength and conditioning coaching in baseball has its own quirks.
