Off the cuff recording where I take a few moments to reflect on making time for mindfulness. As the first of hopefully many short videos, be chosen to focus gratitude for simple things in my life. Being able to make time and notice a sunset through the trees, or taking a quiet minute or two before your children begin an evening routine of excuses not to sleep. Mindfulness, meditation or pausing to reflect needn’t be drawn out or over complicated - especially when starting or returning., It’s true that there are many ways, styles and approaches that can benefit those wanting a longer, deeper practice or habit.
