Joining us for a seasonal plant based lunch this week is award winning, social innovator, Marsha Smith who founded the social eating enterprise, Super Kitchen, After 7 years of working in the social enterprise sector, Marsha moved into academia to undertake research on participation and social eating. She is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Business in Society at Coventry University, a Visiting Fellow at The Nottingham Trent University and an academic advisor and consultant.
