Good Lives focusses on making mental health services accessible to all and creating mental health awareness at the workplace and otherwise. We offer services such as Expressive Arts Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, Movement Arts Therapy and Queer Affirmative Counselling to our clients. In this episode, Mr. Sidhanta Borkataky, who is a therapist with Good Lives talks about stress and stress management. He shared his insights on what stress is, its benefits as well as symptoms, the factors causing stress and how one can understand the stress they are facing. Mr. Sidhanta also carried out a few grounding & relaxing exercises and other activities to explore feelings related to stress.
