What’s good Mental Breaker listeners? We hope all of y’all are out here staying safe and healthy and that your families are found in good health. For this second to last episode of season 2 of Mental Breakers, we have Ellen up to bat. In this episode, Ellen brings up some small facts about how she has been doing throughout all of this situation and delves a little more into her personality and the person she believes she is. As the conversation progresses, Ellen delves very deep into very harsh concepts around the impact that one wants to make, the expectations that are placed on us as students, children, and people of a certain race and color, and how we adopt to the different things that are expected of us. Ellen gives very strong answers that can lead to a lot of inner reflection and thought because of how she is true to her own lived experience and the things that she has been through.
