Michigan football was defeated by Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Citrus Bowl, 35-16. The Michigan Wolverines drop to 9-4 and Harbaugh loses his 4th straight bowl game. The run game was licking on all cylinders, with Hassan Haskins and Zach Charbonnet rushing for 73 and 47 yards in the first half, respectively. However, Michigan came out of the locker room looking like a different team. Michigan’s defense couldn’t contain QB Mac Jones, who completed 16 of 25, for 327 yards and 3 touchdowns. Jerry Jeudy light up the Wolverines defense, racking up 209 yards through the air on 6 receptions. Najee Harris also had himself a day with 24 carries, 136 yards and 2 touchdowns. Harris could not be stopped.
