Minisode2: Socialism, What is to be Done? :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: What started as a simple question: What is socialism to both of us, what does it look like, developed into an interesting little primer on Socialism, highlighting the works of some pre-Marxist thinkers. Evan suggests that socialism can be defined as Worker’s; owning the Means of their own Production (both their productive capacities and profits). From this simple assertion we speak about some of the differences between Communism and Socialism before getting into some early theorists like: Pierre-Joseph Proudhon Robert Owen Henri de Saint-Simon and Charles Fourier As Matty’s favorite European Feminist Socialist Philosophers, En Vogue, would say: Free Your Mind, the Rest Will Follow!
