It takes a lot of creativity to be angry and miserable. But you can't use up misery, you'll always have more. Misery isn't something that builds up, like a pressure cooker, it's more like an addiction or habit. And just as using more drugs doesn't get drug addiction out of your system, constantly venting misery doesn't make misery go away. Writer and poet Maya Angelou said, "You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” And that's the same for misery, the more you use, the more you have.
