Ashley Heavyrunner Loring disappeared from the Blackfeet reservation in Montana in June of 2017 and hasn't been seen since. Ashley is just one of nearly 6,000 missing indigenous women in the U.S. who vanished without a trace. Chronic underfunding and a complex jurisdictional maze are just a few obstacles family members have to fight to get the help they need.
