This week’s Mocs on the Mic presented by Smartbank with Chris Goforth features Kate Neill and indoor volleyball head coach Travis Filar. Neill, a 6-2 middle blocker, enters her second season on the squad. Last season, she made 13 starts and recorded 69 kills. This season will be Filar’s 11th at the helm of the program. The 2021 indoor volleyball schedule features 11 home regular season matches, including the Chattanooga Classic and eight Southern Conference contests in Maclellan Gym. The Mocs open preseason play with an exhibition vs. Georgia State at home on August 20 at 6 p.m. Neill and Filar sat down with Chris Goforth to discuss the schedule and the upcoming season.
