Family ADDventures, Nicole Santiago, joins the Movement Monday series to discuss “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder” (ADHD). Keep focused as Nicole discusses the different types of ADHD. Just how many types are there? Listen as she explains each one and gives examples. She discusses her own experiences with ADHD as a daughter, a parent, a wife, published author and a coach. I forgot to mention she does all of these things just like anyone else but she too has been diagnosed with having ADHD. ADHD cases have been described as far back as the textbook published in 1775 by Adam Weikard in German. Yet, the stigma still exists and the general public has little understanding of ADHD. Pay attention because it can impair major life activities including social, emotional, academic, and work functioning when gone undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. When diagnoses/understanding is known this can led to improved ways of life through treatment, coaching and a self-understanding. We discuss important information about ADHD and the facts that you may be unaware of. Join the movement to change the cycle of shame and bring change to the Stigma of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.   Facebook Family Addventures Instagram @FamilyADDventures ________________________________________________________________   HOV©️2020 Follow Dan's journey at Ridewithdanusa.com  Support Suicide Awareness and Dan’s Cause at Opaatmovement.com
