The mission is to raise awareness and help those struggling with bad habits to get them into better lifestyles. Remember to take time to manifest positive habits examine your routines, what happiness do you get? Analyze the reward, once you know the why you do something it will be easier to find a better habit that will give you the same reward. Identify the cue, being aware of the habit and what’s reinforcing it is a positive way forward and is the first step to change.
