I recently cut caffeine out of my life so I could manage my anxiety and I realized it can be a little daunting to embark on such a journey. What drinks secretly have caffeine? What can I use as replacements? Do I gain superpowers now or something? I’ve gathered some of my favorite caffeine alternatives that I enjoy (I’m not a nutritionist though so beware). Also, you can be anxious and enjoy your three cups of coffee a day. You can enjoy whatever level of caffeine works for you! We’re all built differently so at the end of the day, live your best life.
