Welcome to Self-Belief School! This episode is the place to start.I want to emphasise one thing - self-confidence is a skill you can learn and not a gift you are born with. Read that again! Because you can learn the skill of confidence, I want to be your teacher. This episode explains a bit about my story and how I haven’t always been confident. Far from it in fact. I share the story of my birth mark, being labelled ‘average’ at school and how I filtered everything I did through my “I’m not good enough” filter.
