New documents accessed by Times Now have revealed that the infamous Rafale scam was primarily carried out under the UPA regime. New documents released by the French investigative agency, Mediapart show that most of the bribes paid were done under the UPA regime despite Rahul Gandhi and the party repeatedly saying that the Modi-led NDA government is to blame. The report by Mediapart shows that large chunks of "kickbacks" were given by "D" or Dassault to Sushen Gupta, the alleged middleman in this case.
