The little city of Niagara Falls hardley needs and introduction a picturesque city nestled beside two of natures greatest sights, the American Fall and Bridal Veil Falls. Not everything in Niagara Falls New York is postcard worthy. In 1978 a neighborhood called Love Canal would make national news as it was declared a national emergency.
