Christina Dickerson, owner of Dickerson Creative Communications, is a media relations, digital marketing, and event planning expert. Her impressive list of clients includes local celebrities, professional athletes, non-profit organizations, Pittsburgh-based corporations, and entrepreneurs. Dickerson Creative Communications has been involved in many of the area’s leading events including The Jerome Bettis Caring for Kids Gala and The First Tee of Pittsburgh, which featured President George W. Bush in 2016. She is also a co-founder of Savor Pittsburgh, a celebration of our region’s amazing culinary scene and an important fundraising event for Magee-Womens Research Institute.Before moving to Pittsburgh, Christina wrote, produced, and hosted a weekly television show based in Indianapolis. The TV show covered a variety of animal-based topics, and it put the spotlight on dog fighting and other forms of animal abuse. This led to Christina’s partnership with the Humane Society and with her working as a registered lobbyist to pursue new state legislation to prevent animal cruelty. The television show went on to receive national and international recognition, which included awards from Telly Awards, Peabody Awards, Aegis Awards, and Communicator Awards.
