TONIGHT, ON THE DR C ROBERT JONES SITUATION REPORT8 TO 9 PM TONIGHT! On September 11, Bruce Ackerman, a Yale professor of law and political science, had an opinion piece published in the New York Times fittingly titled "Obama Betrays the Constitution". Ackerman describes how Obama has broken with the "tradition" of presidents abiding by the Constitution as well as betraying the majority of Americans who twice elected him to the highest office in the land. But why are we surprised at his "betrayal" and break with with "tradition"?
