ON THE GRIND with Justin Brown (@blackjbrown) This is the first episode of On The Grind with Justin Brown where each episode Justin speaks with a person up-and-coming in their field of work whether it be comedy, education, or panda training. Everyone does something he can learn from. The first guest of the podcast is Mahogany Persip, an up-and-coming woman in the field of diversity in education. Her own experiences with education and race growing up have helped and continue to shape her work in those fields today.
