Melville will be growing our funds practice and is spearheading industry thought leadership initiatives. As Director of Fund Management, he oversaw the establishment of the VISTA UK Residential Real Estate Fund and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Executive and the HREIM Board. Ben has significant experience of investing in global real estate equity and debt instruments. Prior to this, he was fund manager of the M&G Global Real Estate Securities Fund and managed UK Prudential’s global real estate securities exposure. From 1998 to 2003, Ben worked in London and Tokyo for Jones Lang LaSalle.
