Our guest Timmie Labér Craig has FAI.  A web search for the condition will tell you that Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is a caused by extra bone which grows along one or both of the bones that form the hip joint giving the bones an irregular shape. Because they do not fit together perfectly, the bones rub against each other during movement.    Timmie's story began after running and feeling pain which led to a complete stop in her movement but this story is so much more. After diagnosis and surgery she returned to running and made staggering progress.   She's an inspiration to speak to and you can here her interview here on Motivation Fuel --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/motivation-fuel/message
