Our process of relationships

It is so important to have a healthy relationship with yourself. If this is missing EVERY OTHER relationship will suffer. It is from the out pore of our own relationships that we treat others. If we dislike ourselves or are frustrated with ourselves then that will be how we view others and this is not how we want to go into our relationship with others.  We talk about how to have this healthy relationship with ourselves and some ways to implement that in your day to day.

Mindset is one of the pillars of a healthy life. You want to be at peace, focus on how you can develop your mind to befriend peace. Want to know love, let your mind look at love for what it is. As Bruce Lee said, 'As you think, so shall you become' It is so true that the things we focus on in life start to become our lives. If we focus on the things that suck, our lives will suck. How do you talk to yourself? It is incredibly important the way that you talk to yourself. Imagine you are a tower that stands 50 feet tall. With words that encourage you can build that tower taller and taller. On the flip side with words you can tear down that tower. In the past we have personally dealt with words that tear ourselves down, FROM US, and seen how destructive it is. We've grown and replaced those words with words that lift us up. How to have a healthy relationship with yourself

Ello all!! That is a little English way of saying hello. This week we are talking about thinking in an all or nothing manner and how it can lead to no always the best outcomes. Thinking in all or nothing puts our minds into a state of extremes. When we are in these states of high stakes we encounter we put ourselves into hyper aware places and act irrationally. A little thing could be the biggest or the biggest could be the smallest.  What we aim for is a healthy in the middle approach. It leads to the ability to stay even keeled when it seems everything is going crazy around us. With this balanced approach we learn how to experience more peace and not rely so much on what is happening around us.  This episode is great if you are trying to get some more consistency in your life and learn how to not be tossed to and fro by the wind. Our thoughts becomes our actions, our actions become our habits and our habits become our lives.  We are just a bunch of little habits, or life practices, and by creating powerful practices in our lives we come to a place where our life is going the way that we want it to go.  Charles R. Swindoll says 'life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react'. This sums up so well why it is important to have really powerful practices in our lives. Life is full of hardships, of mountains peaks full of love, of valleys dark and treacherous. What you need through all of this is love, especially from who we are in the moment. We talk about loving ourselves and caring for who we are through every moment of our lives and connecting to who we are.
