This summer she has brought a little baby girl into the world. Upon receiving Reiki for the first time Angelika felt the pull to make this a regular practice, which supported her through a time of significant change and emotional healing of past trauma: Suddenly there was a way to experience emotion in such a safe way. It was this clearing and grounding work along her healing journey which guided Angelika to lean and live into her natural affinity to the world of spirit and energy; this involved a process she lovingly refers to as "coming out to her friends as being 'slightly spiritual'".
