College baseball is difficult to get into as both a coach and a player. Often we have to bounce around as coaches until we land in a spot that really works. Matt Bergandi has done just that. He has seen what it is like at a JC, a Division 2, and a Division 1 school for baseball. We talk all about the differences and what to expect at each. We also get into what it can be like to battle back through injury. Bergandi underwent 4 different surgeries in his time as a player and is able to offer information that will help those in a similar situation. Lastly, mental health is a huge topic in today's world. We are all going through something, as you may see from this talk. It is always OK to reach out and ask for help!
