Bonsoir!! We are back with a nice back to school episode (kinda?). This year in uni me (Laura) and Amelia both take a children's literature module. A nice chill and short read right before the big work load hits us! We are joined by our housemate Chloe, whom you all might know from our Guernsey episode. We talk a bunch about context and culture changes and specifically growing up in general. What did Peter Pan mean to us as children? How did we perceive the problematic parts of the book. (and the film for that matter) Oh and did anyone else notice the fairy orgy? please let us know. 1910 was an interesting time i guess.Next month we will be back to discuss The Martian our most recent of all the books. The smallest jump back to the 2010's!! We will be joined by Katy, a fellow student and our pal who also likes to blog about and discuss all the literature! See u then :)Miss us?
