She combines this with Holistic Energy Therapies (Reiki, Vortex Healing); Green exercise (Nordic Walking, Tai Chi) and is a Wellness Advocate for Do Terra oils. She runs Naturally Attuned Ltd and is founding Roots to Wellbeing as a pioneering charity / non for profit offering a range of activities and services to support Health and Wellbeing - www.rootstowellbeing.org Tara has been a carer since childhood for her Mum who was a Nurse and has Bi Polar and Tara has experienced 3 brief Psychosis (drug / medication induced) that so she has explored Natural support, wellbeing and methods/ tools to ensure 'Whole Health'.
