Shane Oporto is best known for his time as executive chef at Octo Fishbar and “Chef de Cuisine” at La Belle Vie. We talk about how, seemingly overnight, Shane went from working behind the scenes as a Chef to being asked to give interviews and being flown all over the world to cook for private events.
